If you have decided to get clean and sober you have already are doing good. You will want to drink plenty of water and sweat out some of those toxins. You can use a sweat lodge also known as a sauna and sweat as much as you want. You can do this or you can even do some exercising to sweat out more toxins. The sweat lodge is much easier. Remember to stay hydrated.
3.Rest
Getting a lot of rest is essential as well. You might have a tough time with all of this and sleeping will give you a break from your detox and make you feel a little bit better. What I usually do is take some all natural sleep aid like melatonin and get myself a really good nights rest.
It should take you anywhere from 3-7 days to have a full alcohol detox. Now that you know how to detox your body from alcohol you can get yourself set up and get yourself started. You need to take action by yourself sometimes.
